Dr. Katie Flanigan-Landeros, licensed psychologist and founder of Dr. Flanigan-Landeros OCD & Psychological Services

About us

Dr. Katie Flanigan-Landeros, Psy.D.

Licensed psychologist specializing in OCD, anxiety, ERP, and psychological assessment in Los Angeles and via telehealth across California.

Our Philosophy

Mental health treatment is most effective when it is specific, structured, and grounded in science. We don't offer a broad menu of loosely defined services — we specialize in OCD, anxiety, depression, and psychological assessment because these are the areas where our training is deepest and our outcomes are strongest.

We believe in being direct with our clients about what treatment involves, what the evidence says, and what to expect. ERP is hard work. CBT requires effort between sessions. Assessments take time. We prepare you for that — and we walk through it with you.

Dr. Katie Flanigan-Landeros is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Dr. Flanigan-Landeros OCD & Psychological Services. Her practice is centered on evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety, with an approach that is structured, collaborative, and responsive to the individual behind the symptoms. She also provides psychological assessment when a clearer understanding of attention, executive functioning, or diagnostic questions can help guide next steps.

Her OCD training includes the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the International OCD Foundation under Dr. Alec Pollard, as well as direct, long-term consultation with Dr. Jonathan Grayson. Both are nationally recognized leaders in OCD treatment. Dr. Flanigan-Landeros also received her initial OCD training under Dr. Tejal Jakatdar, whose mentorship was shaped by Dr. Grayson's clinical work. This foundation informs care that is practical, compassionate, and grounded in established treatment for OCD and related concerns.
